Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of AWD.
1. Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of the AWD EduTech platform by an institute and its authorized users. By using AWD, the institute agrees to these terms.
2. Accounts
Institutes are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their accounts. Login details are issued by AWD after a sign-up request is reviewed.
3. Acceptable use
AWD may be used only for lawful educational purposes. Institutes must not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or access data belonging to other institutes.
4. Institute content
Institutes retain ownership of the question banks and student data they upload. Institutes grant AWD the limited rights needed to operate the service on their behalf.
5. Availability
We work to keep AWD available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where practical.
6. Fees
Fees are set out in the applicable order or quote for the institute's tier. Growth and Campus tiers are quoted directly.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate in line with the applicable agreement. On termination, institutes may export their data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AWD's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.
