Privacy Policy

How we handle the data institutes and families trust us with.

1. Who we are

AWD EduTech ("AWD", "we") provides adaptive learning and progress-intelligence software to coaching institutes, schools, and franchise chains.

2. What we collect

We collect information institutes provide when they sign up (contact name, email, institute name, student strength), the questions students answer within AWD, the concepts those questions map to, and the resulting mastery signals. Parent contact details are collected solely to deliver the reports an institute configures.

3. How we use it

Data is used to diagnose weak concepts, generate personalized revision paths, power the teacher console, and deliver parent reports. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use student data to train models unrelated to serving that institute.

4. Data ownership

The institute retains full ownership of all student data and can request export or deletion at any time. When an account is closed, we document what happens to the associated data.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate AWD (for example, our email delivery provider for reports), under agreements that limit their use of the data to providing that service.

6. Security

We apply role-based access controls, transport encryption, and least-privilege principles. See our Security & Data page for more detail.

7. Your choices

Institutes and parents can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data by contacting us at hello@awdedutech.com.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to institute administrators.

This policy is a plain-language summary and not a substitute for legal advice.
